Twice a year the Mid City Merchants Association hosts an evening of shopping in the members  galleries, shops, and restaurants. The Friday before the week of Thanksgiving and the Friday before Mother's Day are the dates for this much-anticipated event.

The next Art Hop will be held on Friday, May 8, 2009 from 6 pm until 10 pm. Each of the participating businesses will host an Open House and will feature the works of a local artist.
